Responsibilities
- Collaborate with backend engineering to create high-performance data models and pipelines for data lake and warehouse environments
- Develop and sustain reliable ETL workflows with emphasis on data integrity, fault tolerance, and automated oversight while improving efficiency
- Collaborate with product teams to identify weaknesses in data insight workflows and lead technical improvements
- Support data scientists by building and refining pipelines for feature engineering, experimentation, and model training infrastructure
- Create user-friendly internal tools and dashboards that allow non-technical teams to explore and analyze data efficiently
Compensation
$100,000 to $250,000 annually plus equity and benefits
