TCGplayer is looking for a Software Engineer, C# (Mid-level) to join our Payments and Fees Engineering Team. You will design and develop features that ensure sellers on our marketplace are paid quickly and accurately, building new microservices to replace legacy code and enable TCGplayer to scale internationally.
What You'll Do
- Develop technical requirements based on business needs.
- Deliver high-quality code in a team environment.
- Provide support for a mission-critical application.
- Deliver new services and features that allow TCGplayer to grow.
- Implement code that is clear, concise, tested, and easily understood by others.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field and 4+ years of professional experience.
- A Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field and 2+ years of professional experience.
- 7+ years of practical, hands-on experience if you do not have a relevant degree.
- Demonstrated proficiency in C# programming, including writing, debugging, and optimizing code.
- Proficient in at least one additional backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, Go).
- Direct experience with cloud computing platforms, preferably AWS.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining event-driven architectures.
- Strong skills in SQL programming and managing relational databases.
- Proven experience using modern CI/CD platforms and pipelines.

- Compensation range: $95,200 - $168,700.
