Replicant is looking for a Software Engineer, AI Agents to build and collaborate with designers on world-class solutions for customer-facing AI Agents. You'll improve core services, implement clean communication between systems, explore Conversational UIs, and help level up the team.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with customers to architect, deploy, and improve AI Agents using Replicant’s platform.
- Take end-to-end ownership over delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, project teams, and customers to ensure implementations exceed expectations.
- Work as an integrated member of a fully remote, cross-functional Agile team in the Delivery organization.
- Own the integration of Replicant’s solution with customer systems, including speccing and designing APIs.
- Guide customers through technical decisions and tradeoffs, serving as a technical advisor.
- Provide technical mentorship within the Delivery organization.
- Work with our internal tools and processes for creating AI Agents.
- Participate in regular on-call rotations to support our systems.
- Minimal travel required for on-site customer requirement analysis.
What We're Looking For
- B.S. or greater in Computer Science or a related field and strong CS fundamentals.
- Proven track record with at least 1+ years of experience in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
- Strong team player comfortable with constant collaboration in small product teams.
- A strong sense of ownership and customer empathy.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking to external customers.
- Experience working with REST APIs and Authentication (OAuth 2.0 and Basic).
