SageCor Solutions seeks a Software Engineer to contribute to significant high-performance computing and large data analytics programs. This role involves tackling problems of substantial scope, complexity, and impact within a cleared environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop software solutions for high-performance computing and large-scale data analytics challenges.
- Build, deploy, and manage containerized services using modern orchestration tools.
- Design and implement robust data pipelines and systems leveraging NoSQL databases.
- Collaborate within a team to deliver on contracts and programs of significant scope.
What We're Looking For
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is mandatory.
- Master’s degree in computer science or related field plus 5 years of SWE experience, OR Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years, OR 9 years of SWE experience.
- Proficiency with the Linux CLI and Bash scripting.
- Recent Python (3.x) software development experience.
- Experience with or aptitude to learn Rust programming concepts.
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, containerd) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience creating Helm Charts for service deployment.
- Familiarity with messaging frameworks like RabbitMQ.
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and tools such as GitLab CI.
- Familiarity with IaC principles and tools like Ansible.
- Experience using the Git source control system.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL databases including PostgreSQL.
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira, Confluence).
