The Role
We're seeking an early career Software Engineer to join our tech-enabled healthcare organization. We're not a typical tech company—we build internal platforms that empower our physicians and create seamless experiences for patients and partners. Our tech is the backbone of scaling virtual care across the country.
This role is perfect for an ambitious engineer eager to sharpen skills and make a meaningful impact. You'll have the chance to contribute to our product's long-term development while growing your technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement full-stack features, with a primary focus on crafting intuitive and accessible frontend user experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to design and deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and accessible product experiences.
- Continuously analyze and improve product success metrics and workflows to optimize user satisfaction.
About You
- An early-career software engineer with frontend experience who is excited to develop leadership skills
- Independently able to identify and solve complex problems, recognizing when to seek assistance to maintain progress and efficiency
- Excellent at communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excited by ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and the opportunity to help shape the direction of a growing company
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare or other privacy-centric verticals
- Exposure to relational databases, modern frontend frameworks (primarily React)
- Knowledge of common design patterns and best practices for maintainability and security
