Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy end-to-end features based on defined requirements
- Adhere to and promote team standards in security, testing, and API architecture
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to builds and deployments
- Lead efforts in maintaining code coverage and shaping testing approaches
- Track and analyze key development performance indicators such as build duration and pull request turnaround
- Propose and execute enhancements to development workflows
- Guide and support less experienced developers and onboarding team members
- Act as a technical authority in one to three specialized domains
- Produce clear and accurate technical documentation
- Engage in regular on-call duties for system maintenance and incident response
