GGRM Law Firm is hiring a Software Development Specialist to join our IT team. You will design and ship integrations across our core platforms—including data warehouse, accounting, HRIS, and case management tools—and develop internal and client-facing applications within the .NET ecosystem to support our mission of helping injured Nevadans.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between key firm systems.
- Ship maintainable .NET web apps with clean architecture, strong authentication/authorization, and great UX.
- Manage secrets, apply least-privilege access, instrument audit trails, and uphold privacy requirements for sensitive data.
- Translate business workflows into technical designs; write specs, tests, and clear documentation; participate in code reviews.
- Ensure case management software (CMS) feed and emails are cleared daily.
- Complete all assigned tasks by relevant deadlines and document all relevant activity in CMS properly.
- Create and update documentation.
- Attend regular meetings with the IT Team.
- Drive or fly to secondary office locations as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Professional software engineering experience building production systems.
- C# and .NET development experience including ASP.NET Core.
- Experience building and maintaining REST APIs/integrations with third-party SaaS.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Front-end experience with Razor/Blazor or TypeScript and a modern JS framework with at least one shipped UI on the resume.
- Experience working with relational databases, writing SQL or using an ORM.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a law firm or legal services environment.
- C#/.NET development experience, including ownership of a production service or web app.
- Experience with Azure services or an equivalent cloud stack.
- Experience implementing authentication/authorization via Entra ID/Azure AD, Auth0, or similar.

- Compensation: $70,000 to $115,000, depending on experience.
Work Mode
This role operates on a hybrid model and is open to candidates who are fully remote or based in Las Vegas.
