We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer with over three years of experience to enhance and develop our SaaS platform for time-sensitive logistics. The role involves full-stack development using a NestJS (Node.js/TypeScript) backend and a React Native (Expo.io) frontend, with active participation in architectural and product roadmap decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack solutions from backend APIs to mobile and web interfaces, aligning with user needs using NestJS and React Native, both in TypeScript.
- Design, plan, and implement new backend features.
- Participate in decisions regarding application architecture and feature development.
- Help shape the development roadmap and assist in setting priorities with the engineering team.
- Develop, refine, and deploy features in collaboration with a cross-functional team.
- Take initiative and propose new ideas to enhance the product.
- Identify gaps independently and take steps to address them.
- Maintain attention to detail while managing complex tasks by breaking them into manageable parts without losing focus on overall goals.
- Avoid shortcuts that compromise quality and instead aim for a balanced approach covering usability, maintainability, extensibility, accuracy, and reliability.
- Enhance and maintain the existing GraphQL API.
- Integrate external services and third-party APIs into the system.
- Collaborate with product owners to ensure high-quality user interface and experience delivery.
- Create software solutions that are reusable, scalable, and dependable.
- Produce technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases and code repositories.
- Reflect on personal interests, learning goals, and areas where you'd like to add value beyond core responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a focus on scalable backend systems using technologies such as Python, Node.js, Ruby, or Go, and frontend development with React, ReactJS, React Native, or similar frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience with functional and object-oriented programming paradigms, along with practical application of software design patterns in code.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Nice to Have
- Additional experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Expo.io, mobile application development, and CI/CD pipelines.
