Responsibilities
- Develops implementation-ready presentation layer components following technical specifications
- Provides technical mentorship and direction to team members across all project phases
- Follows and supports team adherence to established coding and design standards
- Engages in peer code reviews and collaborative programming sessions
- Collaborates with Product Management and UX designers to build testable, high-performing applications under diverse network environments
- Promotes and enforces industry-standard development practices
- Contributes to task estimation and project planning discussions
- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves software defects and implements requested changes
- Produces required technical documentation for systems and processes
