Responsibilities
- Ensure the stability and reliability of the software build ecosystem with continuous support for development and release cycles.
- Act as Build Manager and oversee CI/CD operations.
- Conduct daily system checks and perform maintenance tasks such as restarting services after reboots or network outages.
- Monitor automated build and CI jobs for failures, identify root causes including machine or configuration issues, and apply corrective measures.
- Sustain and resolve issues within CI pipelines and associated infrastructure components.
- Manage an artifact repository such as Artifactory.
- Provision user accounts and manage access permissions for repository systems.
- Assist in repository migrations and perform administrative tasks related to artifact management.
- Perform advanced maintenance and improvements on build tools and systems.
- Diagnose and repair problems in build scripts, makefiles, and related tooling.
- Implement updates to makefiles and optimize build processes for efficiency and reliability.
- Support simulation environments through debugging and issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot defects in engine system simulation test setups.
- Develop utility functions and scripts to enhance simulation diagnostics and ease of use.
- Produce standardized documentation such as troubleshooting guides and operating procedures for developer use.

- Extensive use of telephone and computer systems.
- Work conducted within heavily regulated industries requiring strict compliance with established procedures.
- Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed to meet project deadlines, including early arrivals or late departures.
- Standard work schedule consists of 8-hour days including lunch, totaling 40 hours per week, with core required hours from 9 AM to 4 PM.
- Ability to travel to customer sites using personal transportation is required.
- All candidates must be U.S. Citizens due to the nature of the work.
