Dr. Ansay is hiring a remote Social Media Manager to shape the future of healthcare by enabling secure access to medical cannabis. You will be responsible for creating and managing content plans, overseeing social media channels, coordinating content creation, monitoring trends, and analyzing performance.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain a clear content plan for social media channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Manage, update, and maintain all relevant social media platforms in coordination with the community manager.
- Coordinate with the content creator and other departments for video content, and create image and text content.
- Research current social media trends and adapt them creatively to the brand.
- Analyze KPIs, derive improvement measures, and create reports.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in social media management or a similar position.
- Good sense for trends, storytelling, and visual design.
- Proficient with social media tools like Meta Business Suite and Hootsuite and content planning.
- Ability to work with image editing tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to work both creatively and structured while meeting deadlines.
- Write confidently and target-oriented in German and English.
- Team player who enjoys working closely with various team members and departments.
