smilla praxismarketing is hiring a Social Media Manager (m/w/d) to drive performance marketing for eye laser centers and clinics. In this role, you will be responsible for managing social media content, executing paid campaigns, and ensuring measurable success for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage and organize editorial calendars for social media.
- Plan, create, and publish posts and reels.
- Coordinate with design and video teams for content deployment.
- Ensure content is correct and published on time.
- Implement and manage Meta Ads campaigns.
- Document tests, variants, and results.
- Monitor key KPIs such as leads, cost per lead (CPL), and reach.
- Implement and maintain Google Ads campaigns according to clear guidelines.
- Structure, prioritize, and systematically complete tasks.
- Create simple performance overviews and reports.
- Identify anomalies and provide feedback to the team.
- Support the development of internal processes.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in online marketing, social media, or performance marketing.
- Practical, hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
- A basic understanding of performance metrics and KPIs.
- A structured and reliable work ethic.
