Dexterra Group is seeking a Social Media & Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage multiple social media handles for key company units across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat. You will also play a key part in supporting on-site catering operations and event execution.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple social media handles for key units across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Create and edit high-quality audio and video content for multiple units simultaneously.
- Manage and build E-Commerce environments.
- Use multiple forms of editing software and cloud-based platforms to create content and aggregate feedback.
- Understand standard Social Media KPIs and Metrics, send weekly reports, account for metrics, and grow them over time.
- Provide general marketing support including engaging with customers, collecting feedback, tabling, polling, sampling, and event support.
- Create marketing collateral such as loyalty cards, posters, and signage.
What We're Looking For
- A strong skill set in content creation.
- Ability to juggle creating content for multiple units at the same time.
- Ability to edit high-quality audio and video using a combination of hardware and software.
- Ability to manage and build E-Commerce environments.
- Ability to use multiple forms of editing software to create content.
- Ability to use cloud-based platforms to aggregate feedback.
- Understanding of standard Social Media KPIs and Metrics.
- Ability to provide context around metrics and grow them over time.
- Capable designer that can create marketing collateral such as loyalty cards, posters, and signage.
- Strong sense of organization, customer service, and hands-on involvement in hospitality-focused experiences.
- Comfortable overseeing and assisting with catering set-ups.
- Ability to work closely with culinary teams.
- Ability to ensure events are executed smoothly and professionally.
Team & Environment
You will send weekly reports to Dana’s National Lead on Social Media and Engagement.
