Sonatus is looking for a strategic and creative Social Media & Community Manager to lead our social media brand presence and cultivate our online communities. You will serve as the external voice of Sonatus, partnering with leadership, PR, and Demand Gen to turn social engagement into measurable awareness, follower growth, and high-quality leads from target automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
What You'll Do
- Create and implement comprehensive social media plans aligned with business goals.
- Generate, edit, and publish daily content (text, image, video) that appeals to the target audience.
- Refine voice & tone guidelines and channel-specific social media strategies.
- Lead proactive social listening and community management, including reviewing content and drafting replies.
- Provide reporting on activity and results.
- Manage our Employee Advocacy Program, serving as platform administrator and increasing employee sharing rates.
- Oversee executive social presence by developing tailored content strategies and drafting thought-leadership posts.
- Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track campaign performance and ensure social efforts drive measurable KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B social media and online community management.
- Experience working with enterprise software content and clients.
- Ability to stay current with social and video trends and translate them into content aligned with business goals.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in visual design tools to independently create engaging graphics.
- Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to adopt a speaker’s unique voice and distill complex technical concepts.
Nice to Have
- Experience within automotive tech, vehicle manufacturers, or Tier-1 suppliers.
- Expertise in leveraging social media algorithms, especially LinkedIn and YouTube, for B2B brand growth.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, project management tools, and EveryoneSocial (or similar platforms).
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud tools, or similar graphic design software.
