Axur is hiring a remote Social Media Analyst to be the voice of our brand across digital channels. Your role is to translate complex technical topics into engaging content that connects Axur with the right audiences. You will autonomously manage content strategy and production as part of our collaborative Brand and Marketing team.
What You'll Do
- Plan, produce, and publish content for Axur’s social networks, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp Communities.
- Create, organize, and maintain the editorial calendar.
- Derive content from e-books, reports, and technical materials into formats suitable for social media.
- Collaborate with Design, Branding, and Product Marketing teams to ensure message consistency and visual identity.
- Support the dissemination of blog content on social networks.
- Monitor trends in formats, themes, and language, proposing creative tests compatible with the brand.
- Manage comments and messages on social networks with a brand-appropriate tone.
- Analyze results and propose optimizations based on performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in social media content management and production.
- Advanced English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Native or highly fluent Portuguese in written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills and autonomy to manage the calendar and deliveries consistently.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Figma.
- Spanish language skills.
- Experience in SaaS, B2B environments, or cybersecurity companies.
- Notions of SEO and AEO to integrate social and blog strategies.
- Knowledge of simple video editing tools.
