Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of social impact strategies across employee engagement, community involvement, volunteering, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- Collaborate with teams across departments to advance global projects and initiatives.
- Create and manage corporate social impact programs that encourage employee participation through volunteering, skill-based contributions, and community collaborations.
- Assist in building and executing DEI programs that integrate inclusive practices into company policies, employee experiences, and organizational culture.
- Develop and oversee global initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor program effectiveness to guide strategic enhancements.
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions related to employee engagement, inclusion, and social impact efforts.
- Communicate impact results clearly to employees, leadership, and external audiences through compelling narratives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and managing corporate social impact programs focused on employee engagement, volunteering, and community partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to support and implement DEI initiatives that embed inclusion across policies, programs, and employee experiences.
- Strong track record in structuring and managing global initiatives from concept through execution and evaluation.
- Experience in setting KPIs, measuring program outcomes, and using insights to drive strategic improvements.
- Comfortable using data and metrics to guide decisions on engagement, inclusion, and social impact.
- Skilled at translating impact findings into clear, actionable stories for diverse audiences.
- Experience working in multinational organizations with cross-functional teams across different regions and time zones.
- Familiarity with technology and AI applications for social good and responsible innovation.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with HR, ESG, and Communications teams.
