Laba Group is hiring an SMM Manager to drive social strategy and content creation for three distinct projects: Laba, Skvot, and robot_dreams. You will be responsible for creating content that actively influences and shapes discourse within the creative, business, and IT sectors.
What You'll Do
- Create creative briefs and collaborate with an internal agency of designers and copywriters to produce content for Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Telegram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Generate bold ideas for posts and collaborations to ensure our content stands out.
- Write texts across both long and short formats, from stories to full materials.
- Monitor trends and context in the business, creative, and IT industries to maintain content relevance.
- Collaborate with the brand department, course producers, partners, and instructors.
- Analyze key social media metrics and propose solutions for their growth.
- Assist in systematizing SMM processes.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as an SMM manager.
- Proven skills in creative copywriting, particularly in short formats.
- Ability to discern strong texts and ideas from weak ones.
- Ability to conduct research to gather audience insights, trends, and primary source information.
- Understanding of content plans and tone of voice, and the ability to adhere to them.
- Understanding of SMM as a marketing and business tool, not just a content creation channel.
- Ability to analyze results, work with analytics tools, convert data into insights, and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and partners.
- Good self-organization and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proactive attitude and involvement in brand activities, collaborations, course production, and other communication channels.
- Willingness to experiment, generate new ideas, and seek non-standard approaches.
- A creative mindset and desire to create exceptional work.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with an educational product or project in business, creative, or IT niches.
- Knowledge of design basics and experience with task managers like Asana or Jira.
- Experience in community management or influencer marketing.
