Smart Working Solutions is looking for a Lead Android Developer to drive the strategy, architecture, and development of our Android applications. You will take ownership of the technical roadmap and play a key role in shaping our mobile development practices.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and maintainable Android applications
- Architect technical solutions, establish coding standards, and ensure code quality through reviews
- Mentor and guide other Android developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and deliver features
- Own the full development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading Android development teams and shipping complex applications
- Expert knowledge of Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack components, and modern Android architecture
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, performance optimization, and testing strategies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate technical decisions
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and agile development methodologies
Work Mode
This is a full-time remote position open to candidates located in India. Eligible cities include Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi NCR, and Pune.
