Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Slovak Speaking Customer Support professional for an online bookstore department. You will provide outstanding customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through email, chat, and phone, assisting with book selections, orders, and account issues to ensure a delightful shopping experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding book selections, orders, and account issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on products and improve service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken).
- A strong passion for books and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
