SRG Global Mining Services is looking for a Skilled Non Tradesperson to join our bakery team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high quality baked items, fresh breads, and preparing other bakery products for sale according to production plans, ensuring products meet quality and availability standards for direct-to-home customer orders from our Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC).
What You'll Do
- Produce high quality baked items, fresh breads, and prepare other bakery products for sale according to production plans.
- Ensure products meet quality and availability standards for customer orders delivered directly from the Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) to customer homes.
What We're Looking For
- Baking Trade Certificate or Diploma Qualification.
- Experience in a fast-paced Bakery environment, including remaining calm under pressure and working to deadlines.
- Experience working as a baker in either a supermarket or food manufacturing facility.
- A focus on ensuring our safety standards are met.
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
