Requirements
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, containers, orchestration and modern CI/CD practices
- 4+ years’ commercial experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar cloud, platform or systems role
- Confidence working autonomously, owning solutions end-to-end and making sound technical decisions
- Experience with Terraform and AWS, alongside GitOps and automated compliance as standard practice
- Proven ability to contribute to incident response, root cause analysis and high-risk maintenance with minimal customer impact
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a range of audiences
Nice to Have
- Experience mentoring or coaching other engineers
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices in regulated or enterprise environments
- Scripting or development experience across multiple languages
