The Site Reliability Engineer will play a key role in developing and securing the onchain platform and next-generation financial infrastructure. This position requires a strong passion for blockchain technology and the ability to solve complex challenges across cloud systems, automation, and scalable infrastructure within a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to enhance and expand CI/CD systems for enterprise network and IT services
- Work with security and compliance to integrate monitoring tools into deployment pipelines
- Create and deploy automation solutions to improve operational efficiency in IT support processes
- Manage Kubernetes deployments, including implementation and ongoing support
- Contribute to on-call rotations for AWS service deployment pipeline support
- Champion DevSecOps principles and help define cloud security best practices
- Maintain high standards for technical documentation across engineering teams
- Lead incident response efforts, perform root cause analysis, and facilitate post-incident reviews
- Develop metrics and automation based on system monitoring and observability data
- Support integration with source control and build systems to maintain seamless workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in internal tooling and deployment systems
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in network infrastructure support
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in automating cloud environments
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Bash, Python, Ruby, or Go
- Strong experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines using Git
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and CI/CD workflows using Terraform or similar tools
- Extensive knowledge of configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt
- Proven experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
Nice to Have
- Advanced skills in Linux, Bash, Ruby, Python, or Go
- Experience automating EC2 or container deployments using Terraform
- Solid understanding of network security principles
- Experience with log aggregation systems and tools
- Background working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Familiarity with remote-first work models

Compensation
Annual base salary range: $186,065 - $218,900 USD. Equity: Eligible for equity. Eligible for bonus
