About the Role

WorkOS is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to build and maintain the scalable, reliable infrastructure that powers our platform. You’ll focus on designing systems for high availability, automating operations, and collaborating with engineering teams.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure
  • Develop automation to manage systems and reduce toil
  • Monitor system performance and availability, implementing improvements
  • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams on system design

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or Infrastructure role
  • Strong background in cloud infrastructure and automation
  • Proficiency with monitoring, observability, and incident management tools
  • Ability to write code for automation and tooling
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
