London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer accountable for the performance and reliability of our key business systems. In this role, you will define, support, and execute complex tasks, driving continuous improvement in a collaborative, global organization of over 25,000 people.
What You'll Do
- Proactively build and apply domain knowledge relating to workflows, data pipelines, business policies, and configurations.
- Handle essential processes, drive remediation and automation while ensuring high quality standards.
- Take responsibility for performance through execution and tracking of Application Management services, implementing service improvement plans.
- Track spend to ensure cost-effective delivery within budget.
- Apply and develop experienced domain knowledge within your team.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an IT-related discipline.
- Significant experience in operations, support, and change within a business-critical or regulated environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading one or more technical teams.
- Proven ability to operate and manage service operations in a relevant technology domain.
- Demonstrated experience managing time-critical incident and recovery situations and communicating with internal stakeholders.
- Significant experience contributing to post-incident analysis, retrospectives, and blame-free post-mortems.
- Significant experience in application management.
- Significant experience supporting the specific product or application in use.
- Extensive experience with monitoring tools such as DataDog and ITRS.
