Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure the timely execution of construction and installation activities.
- Supervise all on-site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is performed as per project specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to the Project Director.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on-site.
- Resolve site issues and conflicts quickly to avoid project delays.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and codes.
- Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, progress photos, and issue logs.
- Manage site logistics including equipment, material deliveries, and site access.
- Participate in regular progress meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.
- Monitor and control budget expenditures related to site activities.
