Silverfin is looking for an Experienced Ruby Engineer to join our Syncs Team. You will be a key contributor to our core platform, working on essential data integration and synchronization features.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain robust Ruby-based systems for the Syncs Team
- Collaborate on technical architecture and code quality initiatives
- Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Continuously improve the performance and reliability of our sync services
What We're Looking For
- Significant professional experience building and maintaining Ruby applications
- A strong track record of writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Proficiency in object-oriented design principles and software architecture
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
