You will play a key role in training artificial intelligence to understand and generate high-quality Ruby code. By analyzing and refining AI-produced snippets, you'll guide how these models learn to think like real developers through continuous human feedback.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate multiple versions of generated code, identifying strengths and weaknesses, then rank them with clear, technical justifications
- Refactor and correct code for accuracy, performance, and adherence to language conventions
- Supply structured feedback—edits, ratings, test outcomes—into training systems to improve model behavior over time
- Ensure AI learns not just to write code, but to review and enhance it like an experienced engineer
Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience writing Ruby in production environments
- Proven ability to catch subtle bugs, inefficiencies, and security flaws during code review
- Exceptional attention to detail and clarity in written explanations
- Comfort interpreting technical documentation and language specifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in an asynchronous setting
- Must verify identity and legal eligibility to work as an independent contractor in your country
