At Cirrus Real Estate GmbH, we are hiring a Silicon Development Program Manager to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of our performance leadership mixed-signal IC products. You will represent the engineering team while interfacing with management, product marketing, and key customers, championing the development of best practices to improve program efficiency and repeatable results.
What You'll Do
- Drive accountability, solve problems, remove roadblocks, and proactively address risks to ensure projects meet quality standards, schedule, and budget.
- Provide project leadership for mixed-signal products by working with multi-functional silicon development teams to meet internal and customer commitments.
- Own end-to-end project planning and meticulous execution management to improve project execution certainty.
- Represent the collective engineering team in communicating with internal and external partners.
- Enable communication and transparency to ensure alignment at all organizational levels.
- Develop and deploy standard methodologies to improve program performance, efficiency, and produce repeatable results.
- Champion lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and manage change into standard practices.
What We're Looking For
- A BS in Electrical Engineering and relevant project or program management experience managing sophisticated integrated circuit development projects.
- Experience as a Technical Program Manager managing design and post-silicon activities for mixed-signal IC products.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to work with multi-functional silicon development teams.
- Basic knowledge of analog and digital design flows.
- Strong program management fundamentals.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with project/program management tools such as MS Project.
- Experience with product development cycles from concept to production.
