What You'll Do
Build complete Shopify storefronts from the ground up, translating Figma mockups into responsive, high-performing themes. Write maintainable Liquid and JSON templates that align precisely with design specs while ensuring fast load times and strong technical SEO. Develop and deploy A/B test variations tied to conversion goals, and apply performance best practices across every layer of the frontend.
Work closely with designers, product managers, CRO specialists, and QA to deliver polished, functional eCommerce experiences. Use browser DevTools to troubleshoot issues efficiently and leverage AI-powered tools to streamline development workflows without sacrificing code integrity.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Shopify Liquid and deep experience with Shopify theme structure
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building responsive, accessible interfaces
- Proven ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-accurate, production-ready code
- Experience using GitHub for version control
- Skilled at debugging and resolving frontend issues quickly
- Solid grasp of page speed optimization and core SEO principles
- Proactive mindset—anticipate problems and address them without prompting
- Logical approach to problem-solving and system design
- Commitment to writing clean, scalable code, even under tight timelines
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining high standards
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in an agency or multi-client environment, where adaptability and rapid context-switching are essential.
