Orca Bio is looking for a Shift Supervisor, Manufacturing to lead our 2nd shift production operations. You will be responsible for supervising manufacturing activities at our Sacramento, CA facility in this full-time, on-site role.
What You'll Do
- Supervise daily manufacturing operations and personnel during the 2nd shift.
- Ensure production targets are met while adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor workflow and troubleshoot any operational issues.
- Provide direction and support to the production team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a manufacturing supervision or lead role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
- Ability to work effectively on a 2nd shift schedule.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Work Mode
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our manufacturing facility in Sacramento, CA.
