CVS Health is looking for a Shift Supervisor to play a key leadership role in store execution and performance. You will support the Store Management team, build consumer loyalty through outstanding service, and lead store staff and operations when no manager is onsite, including all opening and closing procedures.
What You'll Do
- Work effectively with store management and store crews.
- Supervise the store’s crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
- Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints.
- Promote the CVS customer service culture: Greet, offer help, and thank.
- Handle customer relations issues per company policy to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price merchandise.
- Stock shelves.
- Execute displays, signs, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
- Execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise.
- Reset departments following planograms.
What We're Looking For
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
- Advanced communication and supervision skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent store issues.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a retail supervisor.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
