CVS Health is looking for a Shift Supervisor to be a key leader supporting store management in driving execution and performance. You will build consumer loyalty through excellent customer service and lead the store staff and all operations when a manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite.
What You'll Do
- Work effectively with store management and store crews.
- Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
- Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
- Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints.
- Promote the CVS customer service culture (Greet, offer help, and thank).
- Handle all customer relations issues per company policy to promote a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price merchandise and stock shelves.
- Execute the displays, signage, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
- Execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise.
- Reset departments following plan-o-grams (POGs).
What We're Looking For
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
- Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent store issues.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a retail supervisor.
