NVIDIA is hiring a Services and Support Executive - EMEA (Fixed Term)

About the Role

NVIDIA is looking for a Services and Support Executive - EMEA (Fixed Term) to drive and grow our Enterprise renewals business across the region, focusing on AI, HPC, and datacenter technology. In this role, you will serve as the critical point of contact for field teams, customers, and partners throughout the renewal lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Drive and grow the EMEA Enterprise renewals business, identify trends, report on progress or areas of improvement, and implement changes.
  • Educate partners and assist customers and operations teams on renewal processes, driving efficiency improvements where applicable.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle blocking issues for field teams, customers, and partners throughout the renewal process.
  • Resolve complex problems for Enterprise product orders and customer experience across customers, partners, and internal team members.
  • Manage all renewal tasks in a region, from quoting to order submission.
  • Participate in quarterly service business reviews and help refine metrics and reporting.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.com to improve reporting accuracy and data cleanliness.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in renewals and/or sales operations, preferably with hardware and software offerings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Strong Salesforce.com skills, preferably with Lightning.
  • Proven ability to be self-directed and work with minimal direction.
  • Highly motivated individual with the ability to influence and move opportunities to closure.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-transaction sales environment.
  • Affinity with IT, Enterprise Support, Customer Experience, and Renewal Business.

Nice to Have

  • CPQ experience.
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA technology, or general computing/IT.
  • Curiosity about presentations and ability to effectively communicate key points in sophisticated situations using data.
  • Ability to prioritize and self-educate on relevant topics accordingly.
  • An affinity with technology and technical subjects.
  • Analytical approach to solving problems and driving improvements.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and go out of your comfort zone to get the job done.
