Team Purpose: The Strategic Product Catalyst Group will collaborate with Platform and Product teams to deliver transformational AI-first implementation experiences. As a Technical Content Creator, you'll work on groundbreaking initiatives to compress implementation timelines, accelerate adoption, and reduce deployment friction. Responsibilities: - Create clear, concise technical content including implementation guides, reference architectures, enablement decks, knowledge base articles, and onboarding materials - Translate complex technical concepts into accessible content for partner enablement and field delivery teams - Collaborate with AI Strategists, Technical Consultants, Product Managers, and Engineering teams - Develop content strategies aligned with delivery acceleration goals - Maintain and evolve content libraries to reflect current platform capabilities - Contribute to internal and external thought leadership through blogs, white papers, and training assets - Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and structure across content formats Qualifications: - 5+ years of technical writing, instructional design, or enterprise software content development - Proven ability to create technical documentation for diverse audiences - Platform implementation methodology familiarity - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - Experience with content management systems and documentation tools - Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments - Customer-focused mindset - Willingness to travel up to 50% annually Compensation Range: $162,600 - $284,600, plus comprehensive benefits package Equal Opportunity Employer: Committed to diversity, inclusion, and providing reasonable accommodations for all candidates.
