Mount Sinai Health System is hiring a ServiceNow Systems Analyst I to evaluate client requirements and develop efficient, cost-effective application solutions. You will help translate business needs into technical specifications and implement them within our environment.
What You'll Do
- Work with client management to identify and specify business requirements and processes.
- Research and evaluate alternative solutions, recommending the most efficient and cost-effective option.
- Prepare system specifications, logic flow charts, and machine instructions.
- Formulate logical statements of business requirements and devise, test, and implement application solutions.
- Devise data verification methods and standard systems procedures, participating in systems testing.
- Provide assistance and training to lower-level Analysts or Programmers.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of the client area’s functions and systems, and applications program development technological alternatives.
- Some experience with application development support software packages.
- Proficiency in at least two higher-level programming languages.
- Good judgment and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with client and IT management and staff.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in systems analysis and application program development specific to ServiceNow.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow reporting tools.
- Experience with Report Designer, Performance Analytics, Dashboards, and Scheduled Reports.
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- Ability to write advanced filters, dot-walking queries, and data visualizations.
- Experience with data analysis and trend reporting.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $74,500.00 - $111,805.00 Annually
