What you get to do in this role: We're seeking a visionary and transformational Senior Director of Manager & Leader Development to reimagine and scale our global leadership learning strategy across all functions, including Sales leadership. This is a high-impact role for an experienced leader who thrives on driving change. We want a game-changer ready to design an innovative blueprint for leadership development and equip managers to excel in an AI-native, rapidly evolving business landscape. You will own the enterprise-wide manager and leader development program, creating AI-native, innovative, and personalized initiatives that deliver measurable impact while reinforcing organizational values and leadership principles. This role demands a leader who operates with urgency, empathy, and practical experience, inspiring teams to adopt bold approaches to leadership development. You will bring fresh insights, best practices, and transformative ideas that empower managers and leaders to reach their fullest potential, advance their careers, and drive organizational success. Key Responsibilities: - Implement & Lead Enterprise Leadership Programming cascading from senior leadership to first-line managers - Develop Role-Based, AI-Native Learning Experiences - Lead with Boldness and Urgency in an AI Era - Shape Strategic External Partnerships - Engage and Influence Functional Stakeholders - Lead a High-Performing, Agile Team - Measure Impact and Drive Continuous Improvement Qualifications: To be successful in this role you have: - Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making - 12+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, sales leadership, or enterprise learning - Proven success building enterprise-scale manager and leadership programs - Hands-on leadership experience at senior levels - Experience managing external learning partners and executive coaches - Applied AI fluency with hands-on experience in leadership development Work Personas: We approach work with flexibility and trust, offering various work location options.
