What you get to do in this role: - Serve as a strategic business collaborator with GEO & Practice Leadership Teams - Oversee and execute resource requisition staffing processes - Optimize billable personnel placement to maximize utilization targets - Develop strategic partnerships with service providers - Manage competitive compensation structures ensuring partner margin achievement - Supervise partner certification and resource quality governance - Maintain internal partner expenditure within capacity requirements - Generate regional services management reporting and capacity recommendations - Ensure skills inventory and professional profiles remain current and accurate - Contribute to professional services knowledge base through best practices documentation Qualifications: To excel in this role, you must demonstrate: - Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making - 5+ years in resource management - 3+ years in professional services, recruitment, or consulting environments - RMI Certification - Exceptional situational judgment capabilities - Ability to perform effectively in dynamic, high-pressure environments - Strong independent working skills - Superior verbal and written communication competencies Work Personas: We embrace a distributed work environment with flexibility and trust.
