Job Description The Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Account Executive will propel market success for ServiceNow's CPQ and CRM Sales solutions. These platforms integrate with our market-leading Service Management system, unifying selling processes by providing sellers a comprehensive source of truth for products, pricing, quoting, and deal execution. What you get to do in this role: The CPQ Account Executive drives the complete sales cycle for CPQ and CRM products, collaborating closely with Solution Consulting, Product, and Go-To-Market teams. Responsibilities may vary based on territory, industry coverage, or account segmentation. • Support territory strategy by aligning CPQ/CRM capabilities with account priorities, identifying revenue opportunities • Conduct customer discovery to understand quoting challenges, product complexity, approval workflows, and seller inefficiencies • Provide strategic account planning insights by identifying CPQ, quoting automation, and CRM workflow modernization use cases • Ensure recommendations align with Now Value principles, quantifying business impact and AI-powered selling outcomes • Collaborate with SC & Specialist teams to define roadmap alignment and validate product capabilities • Coach account teams on CPQ/CRM opportunity triggers and value messaging • Execute full sales cycle including qualification, value-based selling, demonstrations, and negotiation • Customize approach to territory and account team needs while celebrating organizational wins • Champion diversity and belonging to foster an inclusive environment Qualifications To succeed, you must have: • Experience integrating AI into work processes, quoting automation, deal qualification, or seller workflows • 7+ years selling CPQ, CRM, or Revenue/Sales Operations solutions • Proven quota-carrying sales experience with measurable outcomes • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end sales processes • Travel requirement: 30–50% Work Personas ServiceNow approaches distributed work with flexibility and trust.
