Nationwide is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Contractor to join our HR Technology team. In this role, you will be a key technical functional contributor focused on merging our HR Service Delivery instance into the enterprise ServiceNow platform, ensuring a successful consolidation.
What You'll Do
- Perform data conversion validation and remediate configuration or data issues.
- Compare solution and delivery instances to quickly identify feature differences.
- Identify solution gaps and guide decisions using HRSD/EC Pro and instance merge best practices, delivering on those solutions.
- Provide hands-on work to quickly address required updates.
- Educate and consult the HR project team on merge concepts and Employee Center Pro (EC Pro).
- Contribute to weekly status reports.
- Demonstrate exceptional team partnership, actively collaborating with HR Technology teammates to drive shared outcomes.
- Foster a positive, “One Team” mindset, modeling transparency, dependability, and mutual support.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD implementation and administration experience.
- Proven experience completing at least one HRSD to core instance merge.
- Demonstrated experience performing data conversion comparisons.
- Strong knowledge of the differences between ServiceNow products.
- Ability to guide decisions based on established best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Employee Center Pro (EC Pro).
