Our designers represent varied skills including design systems, visual, interaction, content, and product design. The AI Growth team accelerates strategic AI adoption by partnering with business units and product teams. We drive innovation, bridge interdepartmental silos, and ensure responsible AI practices through collaborative frameworks. Role Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Product teams to deliver transformative UX for global enterprise collaboration - Revolutionize workplace productivity through design thinking and AI/ML technologies - Manage product portfolios while mentoring team members - Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout product development - Ensure unified experience across technological ecosystem - Lead user research, competitive analysis, and usability planning - Develop and maintain design system components - Oversee UI layouts for mobile and desktop platforms Preferred Qualifications: - 15+ years design experience - 6+ years design team management - Inspiring portfolio demonstrating design strategy contributions - Experience integrating AI into work processes - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Passionate about UX perfection in agile environments - High initiative and adaptable mindset Basic Qualifications: - BA/BS in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction - Complete product development lifecycle experience - User experience design background Compensation Range: $217,500 - $380,700 plus comprehensive benefits package Work approaches emphasize flexibility, trust, and inclusive opportunities for all qualified candidates.
