DEX Imaging is looking for a skilled Service Technician to maintain and repair a wide range of office equipment. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for installing new systems, performing scheduled maintenance, and resolving technical issues directly for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Set up and install new printers, copiers, scanners, and related software.
- Perform routine service and maintenance on copiers, scanners, printers, and fax machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning cartridges, printers, and copiers.
- Manage orders and stock of new equipment, parts, and materials.
- Provide excellent customer support and service.
- Manage schedules and respond to customer emergencies.
- Keep abreast of the latest technologies and practices in the industry.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma.
- Good knowledge of copier and printer technology.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Detailed knowledge of computer and copier management software such as MS Office, Xerox, and Ricoh.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
