Concentrix is looking for a Romanian-speaking Service Representative to join our team supporting Volkswagen, working remotely from Portugal. You will be responsible for meeting performance goals and fulfilling client expectations for operational excellence, focusing on high targets for quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer requests via multiple channels, updating CRM systems with relevant information.
- Build strong customer relationships by handling inquiries with speed and professionalism.
- Promote customer retention and loyalty by supporting successful inquiry outcomes.
- Maintain professional, empathetic relationships with all customers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on emerging issues and identify improvement areas proactively.
What We're Looking For
- A high level of proficiency in Romanian, both written and oral.
- A good level of English (B2).
- 1 year of experience in technical roles or automotive customer service.
- Passionate about automotive topics and skilled in digital technology.
- Able to understand policies, procedures, and warranties and familiar with market geography.
- Empowered to make independent decisions with strong documentation skills.
- Skilled in resolving issues and providing solutions.
