Atlean World is looking for a Service Excellence Coordinator with Swedish to support customers of a global financial institution with their banking services. This role is based in Athens, Greece and focuses on delivering high-quality customer support and guidance.
What You'll Do
- Support customers with bank account management.
- Assist in international transactions on behalf of the customers.
- Provide banking guidance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Swedish.
- Good English.

- Experience in a customer-facing role is a bonus.
