Valmet is seeking a Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will drive the implementation of Valmet's advanced solutions for clients, with a focus on IT/OT, cybersecurity, networks, and virtualized systems. You will contribute significantly to our knowledge sharing and practice development.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support to sales teams for promoting advanced technological solutions.
- Perform on-site interventions for solution implementation and customer support.
- Coordinate technically with product experts.
- Organize and monitor projects.
- Develop and continuously improve internal practices.
What We're Looking For
- An engineering degree, BTS (such as BTS CIEL, SN, or Électrotechnique), or equivalent technical training with significant experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within IT/OT, industrial cybersecurity, or networks.
- Strong customer and results orientation, autonomy, organizational skills, and analytical ability.
- Experience working in a matrix, multicultural, and international environment.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
