Adyen is looking for a Service Desk Level 1 Analyst to serve as the crucial first line of support, helping users stay productive by troubleshooting their technical issues. You'll join a team focused on growth and development, where you'll learn new skills and start building a career in IT.
What You'll Do
- Respond to calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, software, and network issues.
- Log all interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Resolve what you can and escalate what you can't quickly.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep learning through training and certifications.
- Participate in special projects.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of professional experience
