Wärtsilä is looking for a Service Coordinator or Senior Service Coordinator responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on component swap (SWAP) projects in our workshop. You will act as a key link between technical teams, the workshop, and our customers.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and follow up on orders with swap components (SWAP).
- Plan and prioritize SWAP production and deliveries.
- Work closely with workshop, logistics, sales, and field service teams.
- Follow up on status in relevant systems.
- Ensure good flow, quality, and information sharing.
- Contribute to improvement and further development of processes.
What We're Looking For
- Experience from coordination, planning, workshop, or logistics.
- Good system understanding and a structured way of working.
- Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
- Technical understanding of engines and engine components.
Team & Environment
You will report to the Workshop Operation Manager.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located at our facilities in Rubbestadneset and Bømlo.
