Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary Kft. is hiring a Senior Service Chain Operations Manager (REF4926I) to take broad responsibility for people, operations, budgets, project delivery, and strategic direction within service chain operations.
What You'll Do
- Plan and supervise the operation of services, maintaining service levels, deadlines, and budgetary limits.
- Coordinate service delivery activities, monitor work progress, and handle emerging problems and conflicts.
- Collaborate closely with lead service management and other units to develop and optimize processes based on priorities.
- Participate in projects and the development of new services or on-demand initiatives.
- Ensure changes are implemented and incidents and problems are handled within agreed deadlines and service levels.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager.
- Experience in process management or application administration.
- Good knowledge of IT Service Management.
- Experience working within a matrix organisational structure.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Good knowledge of MS Technologies.
- Language knowledge: Business English and Business German.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Structural problem-solving and analytical abilities, with skill in interpretation.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.

- Experience with operation and technologies.
