AccorHotel is looking for a Server to join the Treehouse Restaurant team at Fairmont Cheshire, The Mere. In this role, you will deliver a memorable and professional five-star service experience, ensuring guests feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. You will guide guests by enthusiastically sharing knowledge of the food and beverage offering, consistently upholding all service standards.
What You'll Do
- Deliver an extraordinary service experience to the highest industry standards with a distinctive personal touch as one team.
- Engage with guests to offer exceptional experiences across all aspects of dining.
- Assist guests regarding menu choices in an informative and enthusiastic way.
- Take reservations with all required details.
- Boost revenue through upselling and other creative initiatives.
- Share knowledge of offers, promotions, preparation, general hotel knowledge, and Fairmont Cheshire, The Mere stories.
- Perform different tasks as needed to meet the needs of guests and colleagues, demonstrating flexibility and multi-skilling.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of serving or hosting experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Passion for and understanding of a five-star hospitality restaurant experience and what it takes to deliver it.
- Empathetic with a talent for building rapport and reading each guest’s desired level of interaction.
- Quick thinking, resourceful, and able to solve problems at the moment.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous at all times.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
