Pearl Talent is looking for an SEO Specialist to develop and execute search engine optimization strategies that drive sustainable organic traffic growth and improve online visibility. You will own SEO initiatives end-to-end, from technical audits and keyword research to implementation and performance analysis, working with visionary US and EU founders.
What You'll Do
- Develop SEO strategies aligned with growth objectives, conduct keyword research and intent analysis, and monitor algorithm updates.
- Conduct technical audits to identify crawl, indexation, and performance issues, optimize site speed, and collaborate with developers.
- Optimize existing content for target keywords and search intent, improve meta titles, and guide content teams on SEO best practices.
- Identify and secure high-quality backlink opportunities, execute outreach campaigns, and manage link acquisition.
- Track organic traffic, rankings, and conversions, build reports with actionable insights, and analyze user behavior.
- Stay current on AI-driven search changes, test emerging strategies, and integrate AI tools into research and reporting workflows.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Proven success improving organic traffic and rankings.
- Experience across technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency with SEO and Google analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Agency or multi-client SEO experience.
- Experience with e-commerce, B2B, or SaaS SEO.
- Knowledge of international or programmatic SEO.
- Familiarity with AI-driven search optimization.
- Experience collaborating with developers and content teams.

- SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or equivalent.
- Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console.
- Technical audit tools (e.g., Screaming Frog).
- Google Sheets or Excel.
- Rank tracking and competitor analysis tools.
