Outliant is looking for an SEO Manager to lead a supervisory role for a senior SEO leader. You will develop and manage SEO strategies for clients, with a focus on local and franchise SEO, and must be able to work U.S. business hours, Eastern Standard Time.
What You'll Do
- Provide SEO support to an SEO Strategist.
- Develop and manage content strategies tailored to each franchise.
- Oversee the implementation of linking strategies.
- Create and oversee organic search strategies for assigned clients.
- Provide detailed site analysis and technical recommendations to improve organic visibility.
- Assist with or create website SEO audits.
- Identify new link-building opportunities and develop relationships for link building.
- Assist with onboarding and implementation of new organic search clients.
- Develop and streamline organic search processes to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with account managers, project managers, and other departments to highlight the impact of organic search to clients.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget SEO deliverables; identify and resolve potential impediments or escalate as necessary.
- Monitor and track campaign performance analytics based on client metrics.
- Review rankings and link data against internal success measurements.
- Review and help create monthly client reports, verify accuracy, and provide analysis.
- Support account managers with data acquisition and campaign insights for business reviews.
- Attend key account meetings as needed.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with digital marketing trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, supporting SEO strategist colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years SEO strategy and campaign implementation experience.
- Strong client relationship and English communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing multi-location and national SEO programs.
- Strategic planning and execution for franchise-specific challenges.
- Project management skills.
